We are based in Auckland, New Zealand.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paypal and all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover via Paypal).
Is my transaction secure?
All transactions are being processed via PayPal. PayPal protects your information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. Your financial information is not shared with the merchant. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for this transaction. How long will my order take to arrive?
Once full payment has been received items will ship within 3 business days. Please note that A2 prints will ship within 7 business days. New Zealand orders are shipped via standard NZ post and take 1-3 days to arrive.
International orders are shipped via airmail and have a delivery target of 5-14 days, however, packages are held up in Customs for seemingly no reason, and transit times vary wildly. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you.
What is your return and refund policy?
Requests for returns and exchanges must be submitted by email within one week of delivery. All merchandise must be returned unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. A refund will be issued after we have received the merchandise. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Upon receiving product back into the studio, it will be inspected and a refund will be issued. Please report any items damaged in shipment to Wild Wagon Co within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
Do you accept international orders?
Yes, we do. We’re excited about our international customers and have tried to offer the most reasonable shipping rates possible. In the shopping cart you’ll be able to select your country and view the options available to you.
Please note that if you choose standard first class international shipping, we cannot promise your package will arrive by a certain date. Sometimes packages are held up in Customs for seemingly no reason, and transit times vary wildly.

We strive to do our best to keep all items on our website in stock, however there may be instances when an item is unavailable. If you are interested in a product that is out of stock feel free to email us and we’ll notify you by email the date the item is expected back in stock.
I would like to buy a product that’s ‘Coming Soon’. When will it be available?
